On Saturday 4th May 2019, Right Reverend Bishop Richard Ng and Fr. Liam Durrant celebrated sunset Mass with some 150 parishioners at Rumah Jika 18-door Iban longhouse situated 54.8 km away from Miri one of the 4 blocks longhouse in Pidek, Sibuti 70% Catholics.
Eighteen married couples received the Sacrament of Confirmation on Sunday 5th May 2019 when His Lordship Bishop Richard Ng together xwith Fr. Liam Durrant celebrated 9.30am morning Mass at Gerija Indai Maria, Bukit Peninjau, Sibuti with some 200 parishioners.
The chapel Gerija Indai Maria, Bukit Peninjau is 52.4 km away from Miri by road and Sibuti, Bekenu area is under St Michael Parish, Batu Niah.
