Pastoral visit to St Anthony Parish, Bintulu 16th - 17th February 2019

Another inspiring successful Chinese New Year Thanksgiving Fundraising Dinner organized by St Anthony parishioners held at Pheonix Hall, Level 8, Kemena Plaza Hotel, Bintulu on 16th February 2019.

On Sunday 17th February 2019, Right Reverend Bishop Richard Ng celebrated 7am Chinese Mass at Gereja St Anthony followed by another 10am Iban Mass at RPK Rumah Penampak Kristus, Kampung Sungei Plan, Bintulu with some 300 parishioners. Statistics indicate there are some 5000 Catholics majority Ibans living in Kampung Sungei Plan.

The return journey through Miri-Bintulu coastal road registered 402 km total distance travelled.
