A souvenir booklet is published to mark Edmundite's Golden Jubilee. Refer soft copy of booklet attached which covers Bishop's message and the history of St Edmund's Church.
His Lordship Bishop installed Fr. Peter Hwang as Rector of the new parish of St Edmund, Limbang. The new parish has 53 longhouses, camps, schools and plantation under its jurisdiction.
Thirty candidates received the Sacrament of Confirmation during the Mass at Dewan Suara.
On the same day late afternoon, Right Reverend Bishop Richard blessed the new chapel site laying foundation stone at Bukit Bidang, Batu Asas situated on a hill 260 meters from sea level.
